Non Surgical Butt Lift

What Is Sculptra®?
Sculptra® turns back the clock by restoring the volume loss that can develop with age. Just as much as lines and wrinkles can lead that kid at the box office to give you the senior discount, sunken areas in the temples, under the eyes, and in the cheeks, lips, and around the mouth can age you before your time.

How Does It Work?
The active ingredient in this injectable filler is poly-L-lactic acid, or PLLA, a synthetic polymer that the body easily absorbs. You might know about its other use: dissolvable sutures. Sculptra® restores volume loss, plumping sunken areas. It also triggers collagen production. The new collagen clings to PLLA’s microspheres and stays put after PLLA is absorbed by the body.

Sculptra® vs. Other Options
A facelift might remove excess sagging skin, but it won’t fill those sunken areas. Volume is what brings back a younger appearance, which Sculptra® can do. It also works to regain your face’s symmetry and lift sagging skin. It most commonly targets skin depressions in temples, under-eye areas, cheeks, lips, around the mouth, and the jawline. A growing favorite use of the treatment is for butt lifts because Sculptra® is the one injectable shown to give patients observable results in that area. Although it has many uses, this treatment should not be used for lip augmentation or to fill lines and wrinkles; these beauty goals should be achieved using other dermal fillers such as Restylane® and the Juvéderm® product line.

What Is the Procedure?
At every treatment session, Onsite’s clinician will inject the filler a few times into the target area. Side effects include swelling and/or bruising, which will disappear in a few days. Small lumps can develop beneath the skin that may be felt, but normally not seen; these take a few weeks or months to fully disappear.

Results: What, When, and for How Long?
One treatment of Sculptra® has been shown in studies to last as long as 2 years, sometimes longer, but these results may vary. Onsite clinicians say that patients may want touch-up treatments every 18 months to 2 years to retain their youthful appearance.
